2. Information We Collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, you may share:

• Your name and contact details
• Your Amazon seller information (store name, ASIN, suspension notice)
• Details about your case or account issue

We do not ask for, collect, or store your Amazon login credentials at any point. Seller Central access — where required for your case — is granted exclusively through Amazon's official User Permissions system, not via login sharing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Assess your Amazon reinstatement case
• Draft and submit your Plan of Action or appeal
• Communicate with you about your case progress
• Respond to your enquiries about our services

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Where Your Data Is Held

Go Reinstate does not operate a centralised client database. Case-related communications occur via:

• WhatsApp — end-to-end encrypted by Meta. Messages are stored on your device and ours in accordance with Meta's privacy policy.
• Amazon Seller Central — all account work takes place within Amazon's own platform, governed by Amazon's privacy and data policies.
• Email — encrypted in transit via TLS. We use standard email providers.

5. Seller Central Access

Where you grant us secondary access to your Seller Central account, this is done through Amazon's official User Permissions system. This access is:

• Restricted to the permissions you grant
• Monitored via Amazon's own access logs
• Revocable by you instantly at any time via Seller Central Settings → User Permissions
• Only ever requested by Amazon SPN certified agencies — uncertified providers requesting Seller Central access are violating Amazon's Terms of Service

6. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
