Terms of Service

The short version: We charge £399 + 3% processing, only when your Amazon listing or account is successfully reinstated. If we don't succeed, you pay nothing. Our service is delivered on Amazon's own platform using Amazon-approved access methods.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Go Reinstate ("we", "us", "our") and any person or business ("you", "the client") who engages our services. By contacting us and proceeding with a case, you agree to these Terms.
Go Reinstate is a UK-based Amazon reinstatement and seller growth agency, certified under the Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) and Selling Partner Program (SPP).
2. Our Services
Go Reinstate offers the following services:
- Listing Reinstatement — appeal and reinstatement of deactivated or suppressed Amazon product listings (ASINs)
- Account Reinstatement — appeal of deactivated or suspended Amazon Seller Central accounts
- ASIN Appeals — targeted appeals for specific ASINs
- Plan of Action Writing — drafting of Amazon-compliant Plans of Action for all violation types
- Amazon CRO Services — listing optimisation, PPC management, A+ content, and growth services
- Amazon VA Services — virtual assistant services for Seller Central account management
3. No Win No Fee — Reinstatement Services
Our reinstatement services operate on a strict no win no fee basis:
- No payment is required upfront at any point
- Our fee of £399 + 3% payment processing is charged only upon successful reinstatement of your listing or account by Amazon
- "Successful reinstatement" means Amazon has confirmed in writing (via Seller Central notification or email) that the listing or account has been reactivated
- If reinstatement is unsuccessful, no fee is charged — under any circumstances
4. Payment
Upon successful reinstatement:
- We will contact you to arrange payment of £399 + 3% processing fee
- Payment is due within 7 days of successful reinstatement notification
- Payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, and other methods communicated at time of invoice
- The 3% processing fee covers payment platform costs and is charged on the total amount
5. Seller Central Access
Where your case requires access to your Seller Central account, the following applies:
- Access is granted exclusively through Amazon's official User Permissions system (Settings → User Permissions in Seller Central)
- We will never ask for your Amazon account login credentials (email and password)
- Any agency asking for your login credentials is violating Amazon's Terms of Service and should be refused
- Access granted to Go Reinstate is restricted to the permissions you choose to grant
- You can revoke our access at any time, instantly, through your Seller Central settings
- Only SPN certified partners may legitimately request secondary Seller Central access — this is Amazon's own policy
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to work effectively on your case, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your case, including the suspension or deactivation notice
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
- Grant the required Seller Central permissions where applicable
- Not submit your own appeals or contact Amazon about the case without informing us first, as this may conflict with our submission
7. No Guarantee
While our success rate is 97%+, we cannot guarantee reinstatement in every case. Amazon retains final decision-making authority over all appeals. Cases where reinstatement cannot be achieved include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts deactivated for criminal activity or fraud
- Situations where Amazon has determined the account is permanently ineligible
- Cases where the client provides inaccurate or misleading information
In all unsuccessful cases, no fee is charged.
8. CRO and VA Services
Amazon CRO and VA services are priced separately and quoted on consultation. These services are not subject to the no win no fee model. Pricing, deliverables, and payment terms for these services are set out in a separate agreement at the time of engagement.
9. Intellectual Property
Plans of Action, appeal letters, and other written content produced by Go Reinstate for your case are provided for your use in relation to your Amazon account. You may not resell or redistribute this content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Go Reinstate's liability in connection with any case is limited to the fee paid for that case. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from an Amazon suspension or deactivation, or from the outcome of an appeal.
11. Independence
Go Reinstate is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon is a registered trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
