Amazon SPN & SPP Certified

Official Amazon SPN & SPP Certified Reinstatement Agency

We are an authorised Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) and Selling Partner Program (SPP) certified agency — officially approved by Amazon to provide listing reinstatement, ASIN appeal, and account health services to Amazon sellers.

About the Service

What is Go Reinstate? +
Go Reinstate is a UK-based Amazon reinstatement service. We help Amazon sellers whose listings or accounts have been suspended get back live — handling the entire appeal process on a no win, no fee basis.
What types of suspensions do you handle? +
We handle all common Amazon suspension types, including:
  • Inauthentic / counterfeit complaints
  • IP and trademark infringement claims
  • Customer complaints (safety, used sold as new, not as described)
  • Expired products violations
  • Individual ASIN deactivations
  • Full Seller Central account deactivations
  • Related account suspensions
  • Performance-based suspensions (ODR, late dispatch rate)
If you're unsure of your violation type, WhatsApp us your suspension notice and we'll identify it for free.
Do you handle both listing suspensions and full account deactivations? +
Yes. We handle individual ASIN/listing removals as well as full Seller Central account deactivations. Full account deactivations are more complex and typically take slightly longer, but our success rate remains high across both types.
Are you affiliated with Amazon? +
No. Go Reinstate is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. We work with Amazon's seller appeal processes on your behalf.

Pricing & Payment

How does no win no fee work exactly? +
Simple: we work your case at zero cost to you. We write your appeal, submit it to Amazon, handle all follow-up communication, and revise as needed. We only invoice you — £399 + 3% payment processing — once Amazon confirms your listing or account is reinstated. If we don't succeed, you pay nothing.
What is the £399 fee for? +
The £399 is our flat reinstatement service fee, payable only on success. It covers the entire process: case analysis, appeal writing, submission, follow-up, and any revisions required. There are no hidden charges or add-ons.
What is the 3% for? +
The 3% is a standard payment processing fee charged by our secure payment provider (not by Go Reinstate directly). It is applied to the £399 base fee at checkout — so the total you pay is £399 + £11.97 processing = approximately £411 on success.
Do I pay anything upfront? +
No. There is absolutely no upfront cost. We begin working on your case as soon as you contact us via WhatsApp. Payment is only triggered after Amazon confirms reinstatement.
What if Amazon rejects the appeal? +
We revise and resubmit at no extra charge. Multiple rounds of appeal are included in the service. If Amazon ultimately does not reinstate — which happens in a small percentage of cases — you owe us nothing.

Process & Timeline

How long does reinstatement take? +
Most cases are resolved within 24–72 hours of submitting the appeal. More complex cases — full account deactivations, IP disputes, related account issues — can take 5–10 business days. We'll give you a realistic estimate after reviewing your suspension notice.
What information do I need to provide? +
Simply forward your Amazon suspension notice via WhatsApp. Include your ASIN(s) or Seller Central account email if relevant. We'll ask for any additional documentation (supplier invoices, brand authorisation letters, etc.) as needed during the case.
Will I need to provide supplier invoices or other documents? +
For inauthentic and counterfeit cases, yes — supplier invoices and letters of authorisation are typically required by Amazon. We'll tell you exactly what to gather. For other violation types, documentation requirements vary and we'll guide you through it step by step.
What if I've already submitted my own appeal and it was rejected? +
We handle cases where previous appeals have been rejected — this is actually the majority of our work. A rejected appeal doesn't mean reinstatement is impossible, it often means the appeal wasn't structured correctly or missed key information. We start fresh with a stronger submission.

Access & Security

Do you need access to my Amazon Seller Central account? +
Yes — for most cases we require limited secondary access granted through Amazon's official User Permissions system. Importantly, Amazon's own policy only permits SPN & SPP certified agencies like Go.Reinstate to request this access. Any non-certified provider asking for your Seller Central login is violating Amazon's terms. Our access is restricted, monitored, and revocable by you instantly at any time.
Why does Amazon require SPN certification to grant secondary access? +
Amazon created the Service Provider Network (SPN) and Seller Performance Programme (SPP) to ensure that only vetted, certified agencies can work inside Seller Central on a seller's behalf. Granting secondary access to a non-certified provider bypasses Amazon's safeguards and can put your account at further risk. As a certified SPN & SPP agency, Go.Reinstate operates through the authorised User Permissions system — the only compliant route.
Can I revoke access at any time? +
Yes — instantly. Go to Seller Central > Settings > User Permissions and remove Go.Reinstate at any time with a single click. No forms, no waiting, no permission required from us. You remain in full control throughout.

Contact & Support

How do I contact Go Reinstate? +
WhatsApp is our only contact channel: +44 7361 495602. Our AI agent handles all conversations instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept calls, emails, or contact form submissions.
Is support really available 24/7? +
Yes. Our AI-powered agent responds to all WhatsApp messages instantly at any time of day or night. Amazon suspensions can happen at any time, and we're set up to respond immediately regardless of the hour.
Can I get a free quote before committing? +
Absolutely. There is no commitment required to contact us. Send your suspension notice via WhatsApp and we'll assess your case, tell you what we can do, and give you a clear picture of the process — completely free, with no obligation.

Official Amazon Requirement

Why We Need Secondary Access — Amazon's Official Requirement

As an Amazon SPN & SPP certified agency, Go.Reinstate is one of the very few service providers officially authorised by Amazon to access Seller Central on your behalf. Amazon's own policy states that only SPN-certified partners are permitted to request secondary user access to a seller's account. Any non-certified service provider asking for your Seller Central access is violating Amazon's terms and putting your account at serious risk. When you grant access to Go.Reinstate, you are following Amazon's own recommended process — through the official User Permissions system, restricted access only, revocable by you at any time.
